Information We Collect

The App does not require users to create an account and does not ask users to provide a name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or other personal information.

The App stores limited game progress data locally on the user's device, such as level progress and ad timing counters. This information is used only to operate the game experience and is not sent to our servers.

Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to show interstitial and rewarded advertisements. Google AdMob and its partners may collect and process information from the user's device to provide, limit, measure, and improve ads. This may include device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interaction data, crash or diagnostic information, and approximate location inferred from IP address, depending on the user's device settings and applicable laws.

Users can manage ad personalization through their device settings and Google account settings where available.

Marketing Measurement

The App uses the Meta (Facebook) SDK to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns that promote the App. When a user installs the App after seeing one of our ads, the SDK reports that installation and a small number of anonymous in-game milestones — for example, completing the first level or reaching level 10 — so that we can understand which ads bring players who enjoy the game.

For this purpose, Meta may collect and process the device's advertising identifier, device and app information, IP address, and the app-event data described above. The App does not use Facebook Login, does not read a user's Facebook profile, and does not post anything to Facebook or Instagram on a user's behalf.

Meta's handling of this data is governed by Meta's Data Policy:

Users can limit this collection at any time by enabling "Delete advertising ID" or opting out of ad personalization in Android system settings.

How We Use Information

We use information only for the following purposes:

• To run the App and save game progress locally on the device.
• To show and manage ads through Google AdMob.
• To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns through Meta.
• To maintain app functionality, security, and performance.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information.

We do not share locally stored game progress with third parties.

Advertising data may be collected or processed by Google AdMob and its advertising partners, and campaign measurement data by Meta, as described above. We do not control all data processing performed by Google, Meta, or their partners.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local game progress remains on the user's device until the user clears the App's data or uninstalls the App.

The App does not provide user accounts, so there is no account data to delete. To delete local App data, users can uninstall the App or clear its storage from Android system settings.

Advertising data handled by Google, and campaign measurement data handled by Meta, are retained according to those companies' own policies.

Security

We use reasonable measures to limit the App's data handling to what is necessary for gameplay and advertising. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly ask children to provide personal information.

The App is a game that anyone can download and play. The App does not ask users, including children, to provide personal information.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through the App, they may contact us at support@dev-trox.com and we will take reasonable steps to address the request.
