Last updated: July 22, 2026
Effective date: July 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Devtrox ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile game Arrow Go (the "Game", package name: com.devtrox.arrowgo) available on Google Play.

By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Summary

  • We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email, or any other directly identifying information to play the Game.
  • Your game progress and settings (such as completed levels, selected color theme, dark mode, and sound preferences) are stored locally on your device.
  • The Game displays advertisements through Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google and its partners may collect certain information, including a device advertising identifier and technical/usage data, as described below.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide to us

The Game does not include registration, login, chat, or any feature that asks you to submit personal information. We do not knowingly collect any personal information you provide directly, except if you choose to email us for support (in which case we receive your email address and the contents of your message).

2.2 Information stored locally on your device

The Game saves the following on your device only, and does not transmit it to us:

  • Game progress (levels completed, in-progress boards, hearts/lives, stats such as taps and elapsed time).
  • Preferences (color theme, dark mode, sound, haptics).
  • Ad frequency timing (the time an ad was last shown, used only to limit how often ads appear).

This data remains on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear the app's data.

2.3 Information collected automatically by third-party services

To display ads, we use the Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads SDK. Through these services, Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect and process information such as:

  • A device advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / App Set ID).
  • Device and technical information (device model, operating system version, language, network/connection information, IP address, and general/coarse location derived from IP address).
  • Ad interaction data (ads shown, taps, and related diagnostics).

This information is collected by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not control and are not responsible for the data practices of Google or other third parties.

2.4 Permissions

The Game requests the INTERNET permission, which is used to load and display advertisements. The Game does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, precise GPS location, photos, or files.

3. How We Use Information

We and our service providers use information to:

  • Provide and operate the Game and save your progress and preferences on your device.
  • Display and measure advertisements, including limiting how frequently ads are shown to you.
  • Show optional rewarded ads (for example, to receive an in-game hint) that you choose to watch.
  • Maintain and improve the Game, diagnose technical issues, and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Advertising

The Game is free and supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob, including full-screen (interstitial) and optional rewarded video ads.

Personalized vs. non-personalized ads:

  • Where required by law (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), Google's consent mechanism may ask you to consent to the use of your data for personalized advertising. You may choose non-personalized ads, which use limited data (such as coarse, IP-based location and general context) rather than your ad profile.

Controlling advertising:

  • You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of ad personalization at any time in your device settings: Settings > Google > Ads (on many Android devices).
  • You can learn more about how Google uses information from apps that use its services here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

5. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in a manner that requires an opt-out beyond the controls described in this policy.

We share information only as follows:

  • With service providers that operate advertising in the Game (Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads), which process data as described above.
  • To comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • In connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), subject to this Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

The Game relies on the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:

We encourage you to review their policies to understand how they handle data.

7. Data Retention

  • Data stored locally by the Game (progress and preferences) is retained on your device until you delete it, clear the app's data, or uninstall the Game.
  • Data collected by Google for advertising is retained by Google according to its own retention policies.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information. Data used by the Game is stored locally on your device and is protected by your device's operating system. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@dev-trox.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information. Advertising served in the Game is subject to Google AdMob's policies applicable to the app's target audience.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict its processing, and the right to object to certain processing.

European Economic Area / United Kingdom (GDPR/UK GDPR): Our legal bases for processing include your consent (for personalized advertising, where applicable), and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Game and serving non-personalized ads. You may withdraw consent at any time via your device ad settings.

California (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. You can control ad personalization through your device settings as described in Section 4.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@dev-trox.com. Because the Game does not require an account, most personal data can be controlled directly by you through your device settings and by uninstalling the Game.

11. International Data Transfers

Our third-party service providers (such as Google) may process and store information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, such transfers are made subject to appropriate safeguards under applicable law.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Game after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
